New Ethics Competition in Halifax

For the second year the Dalhousie University (New Scotland) runs a Business Ethics Case Competition.

Twenty four universities and business schools from the US and Canada will be thriving to find the best solutions to real, factual ethical problems that companies have currently - and increasingly - to deal with.

The Chair in Ethical Management gave its support in 2003 to four students of HEC running for this inspiring event. The case they had to debate was about People for Equal Treatment of Animals (PETA), and other associations, vs. Kentucky Fried Chicken (Yum Group).

Competition : november 11-13 2004, Halifax.
