A Unique Radio Program is Launched:
«In Search of Ethics at Work»

One of Montreal 's larger radio stations has offered HEC's Chair in Ethical Management the opportunity to broadcast a weekly, one hour radio program on ethics during peak listening hours. Thanks to a private donation the Chair has accepted the offer and is currently developing a one year programming schedule. However, additional financing is needed – either in the form of donations or sponsorship – to move ahead with this program.

The program will be called, “En quête d'éthique” ( In Search of Ethics) .
In addition to the live radio broadcast, some of the more interesting outtakes from the program will be posted on the Chair's Web site. As a result, the program will enjoy both a local and global reach.

The show's format will be built around a key interview with an inspirational guest (40 minutes) to discuss their accomplishments and/or their views on ethics – in business, in communities and in the workplace. It will also feature a 10 minute news segment on global developments relating to ethics, several short ‘capsules' on relevant subjects, and music.

Most of the programs will be produced live in-studio; however, some will be recorded in both audio and video in the IBM amphitheatre at HEC Montréal, and will feature questions from a live audience; still others will be recorded outside of Canada to be rebroadcast at a later date.

We are currently seeking individual and corporate support to launch this program in 2006 for one full year of broadcasting.
